I have been treated by several mental health professionals over the last 20 years. I was invariably disappointed by there bedside manner and abilities. Dr. Wilkes is a much higher quality physician. He is a gentleman with a heart of gold. He has restored my self confidence and has been a true inspiration to get me reunited with some family members I have had problems with

Called and asked if they accept my ins. Was told yes but they had no available appts. Called back later and was asked what my issue was and after i explained i asked if they accepted my ins. and was told no but an initial consult was $250 and visits after were $150. I personally can't afford that. The woman who answered the phone at this Dr's office didn't give a rats behind about me or why i wanted to come in. I can only imagine what the Dr. would do considering he employs such an unhelpful, uncaring and unsympathetic person.

Wish I had read these reviews before visiting. Wish I had trusted my intuitive first impression when his receptionist/wife was unpleasant and lacking manners. Doc himself is just as devoid of ethics, is rude and unprofessional. Stay away.

Stay Far Away from this doctors office. The person who answers the phone is NASTY & Nuts. I tried to make an appointment for my 83 year old mother and she told me I could not make the appointment that my Mother had to call. My Mother is having a major Depressive episode and is unable to call. He really need to hire a professional to answer his phones, not his wife who could use psychiatric treatment herself.

Stay away! An OK doctor, but his wife makes the appointments and is his entire office staff. She is a nasty, disgusting woman. She needs psychiatric help! Rude and unprofessional.
