Doctor Kouritsky is a nice, nice doctor. Certainly and absolutely, he has a wealth of broad knowledge in the field of medicine. I do believe, he is smart, caring, and capable. Just the #1 heart specialist. And, to be sure, I heard about this nice, nice doctor through a trustworthy source. (not on the TV, not on the radio, AND NOT in the newspaper)!!! . Would indeed recommend, with pleasure, to any friend, relative, or other such teriffic know personage.

arrogant, defensive, not forthcoming regarding obvious adverse event.-led me to have sincere misgivings about the trust I placed in medical professionals.--I see from previous comments people like this doctor very much so I may have just discovered a weak link in an otherwise strong personality.. A shame for me and my family. It is not the experience we had expected or had ever had before with any other doctor.

Dr. Kuritzky has been my cardiologist for the past 23 years. He has been consistently compassionate, trustworthy, and current in his field. He has treated me both pre- and post-op. Dr. Kuritzky and his staff have been a great comfort to family and me. And, it must be said, that I particularly appreciate his humour. I highly recommend this physician. Much thanks and gratitude, from a healthy and alive patient--thanks to Dr. K. and my surgeon.

Absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. I recommend his practice to anyone with heart concerns. I want to say Thanks to him and all his amazing staff for putting up with me for all these years and hopefully many more to come. My Story is this: Back in 2007 I entered the emerg dept. at Surrey Memorial only to wait 6 hours to told to go home and that I was fine. The next night I went back the next night and experienced the same scenario and as well again told to go home. Rather I decided to go to the Royal Columbian upon leaving Surrey and when I admitted myself into the Emerg. Dept. within 25 mins. not 6 hours they had a bed waiting for me. The next morning Dr. Kuritzky performed an angiogram on me and to my shock was told I have C.H.F. Severe Dialated Cardiomyopathy and was in need of a transplant. Thanks again Doc. for being so blunt!!! Again to all that read this He is the absolute best of the best. Kevin Takeno ktakeno@hotmail.com

This is one doctor who I trust implicitly. If he says I'm ok, I'm ok, as far as I am concerned. I have to move away this summer, and I am sorry to have to find a new doctor because I am afraid I will not find somebody as good.

I was advanced to the front of his line-up. Every effort was made to expedite my situation. He went out of his way to accomodate me.

An excellant doc. He took a bit of getting used to but I do like him alot. He is very upfront about treatment and advice. Probably one of the best cardiologists in the province.
