After going through PT and getting injections for acute lumbar pain, I looked for spine surgeons at Morristown Hospital. Four friends who had spine surgeries highly recommended Dr. Naseef. His name also came up on our Township’s Facebook page posts.
I needed several surgeries to my degenerating lumbar spine. When preparing for surgery, the hospital staff asked me who the surgeon was. Everyone commented with very positive answers for Dr Naseef. This is a good feeling to have when you’re going in for surgery.
And the Advanced Spine Center medical and support staff in the Morristown office are highly competent and professional.

Dr. Naseef performed a back surgery on me in April of this year. At the time I could only raise my left foot, 1-2 inches off the floor. After surgery I was able to lift it all the way to a 90-degree angle, like the right.
Dr. Naseef had made special arrangements with specific instructions for nursing care, especially the first night of the four I spent. He arranged everything, including a walker and a brace for me. \
Total care from start to finish. Cannot say enough about Dr. Naseef or his office, nursing assistances, and Physician Assistant. Just high quality all the way around. I have been to a number of surgeons and Dr. Naseef is at the top.

Dr. Naseef is the absolute best! From his expertise/knowledge to his bedside manner, there is simply no one else I would trust with my spine. I have had two fusions under Dr. Naseef's care. The first fusion was a multi-level cervical fusion and I was only 27 at the time. Dr. Naseef exhausted every conservative option he could prior to operating and I truly believe he tried hard NOT to operate given my age at the time. I was grateful for his approach. He is kind, compassionate and does not rush your care. He also treats you as an individual. I recently had a second surgery, a lumbar fusion and had another wonderful outcome. I was in so much pain for so long I had forgotten what it felt like to be pain-free. I'm nearly 11 years post-surgery from an ADCF and 2 years post-surgery from a lumbar fusion and I've never been more active, healthier or happier! I am truly grateful to Dr. Naseef for giving me my life back and would recommend him without reservation to anyone!

Dr. Naseef is an exceptional carrying orthopedic spinal surgeon. I had numerous surgical procedures performed on me by Dr Naseef. I had only one complication on memorial day and he was away at the time. He drove over 8 hrs in the rain to get to the hospital and take care of the emergency himself. He didn't have too since he was away. Totally professional. I have sent family members and many friend who suffered from spinal issues. He always made time to see them in a timely manner. You are in good hands when I comes to Dr Naseef. Great American.......

Dr. Naseef performed a complex cervical spinal fusion surgery for me 18 months ago. He explained every aspect of the procedure, including what to expect during the recovery period, in terms that I could understand. He definitely cares about his patients, and surrounds himself with like-minded staff. Dr. Naseef helped me get back to the things I love to do, well beyond my expectations.

Dr. George Naseef is one great Dr! I have been his patient for over 8 years. During that time he has continually demonstrated his professionalism, knowledge, caring nature, concern for my health issues, and spot on diagnostic abilities. Dr. Naseef genuinely cares and his compassionate nature is apparent at each and every visit. He takes the time to sit and listen and then decide what is the best course of action.
