One of the rudest doctors I have been to. Went there twice due to my father's back pain and was disappointed each time more than the other and switched to a different doctor.
After getting the epidural shot and asking the doctor about the cause of sciatica pain, the doctor got very impatient and told me "I am not going there" to explain and that's not of concern here (no exaggeration here. I was like 'are you not the doctor? what type of ridiculous answer was that!?) I then asked about the prescription he wrote and how often and what dosage needed to be taken. He gave the absolute bare minimum answer, showed impatience again and tried to rush us to leave. Seeing how careless and rude he was, the Dr's associate immediately jumped in and provided answers to my question.
After switching to another provider, I called this Dr's office and asked for a copy of whatever record they already have on file for the two sessions we went there. I specified that I am not looking for any new reports to be produced, and simply a copy of the patient records from the file. The person put me on hold to ask the doctor and came back and said that there is a $50 fee for that! Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional practice. It really seems this Dr does not understand that people may have 10+ other choices to choose from! A one star does not do justice for this Dr. as the experience was a total disappointment.

Dr fadly is very good at what he does. my lower back had a lot of pain and he gave me a shot and the pain was gone. I recommend very highly his office and the services he provides and he is very friendly

I have had chronic pain and fibromyalgia all my life. Due to this I've also had chronic insomnia. I've been on heavy opioids due to my pain. I started seeing Dr. Fadly last year (2016) referred by my primary physician as I wanted to get off of the opioids and try something different. I was able to wean down all my medications to 1 or 2 pills a day vs the many pills I was taking. The shots I am receiving are working great and I am doing much better thanks to Dr. Fadly.

Dr.Fadly and his entire staff have been the greatest team I have ever dealt with. They have helped me through my illness and have been kind throughout the entire process. He is a wonderful Dr. Who makes one feel assured and hopeful that you will receive the help that is needed...and you do! I am more than grateful for the aid that has been provided to me by Dr.Fadly and his team.

Dr Fadly was clear and concise with the treatment plan he prescribed. I left his office with all my questions answered. Dr Fadly took the time to listen to me, which has not been my experience in the past with other healthcare professionals. I'm optimistic about my future for the first time in quite awhile. I would recommend Dr Fadly to my friends and family.

Dr Fadly worked on my head for 10 weeks and does booster shots when needed He is the 6 th Dr I have been to in 6 years since the pain started originally from a concussion He has given me back a life with very little pain He is kind patient and definitely knows what he is doing Charming bedside manner and you feel you can trust what he says Facility is spotless and the staff are great Wait time sometimes none sometimes 15 mins As long as I get treated waiting is no problem. He is worth waiting for and will always fit you in in an emergency I have been to some of the top surgeons who didn't know as much Ashe does for my condition He knew immediately and had a plan to start treatments Finally l can do everything again Thanks to Dr Fadly

Dr Fadly is an exceptional man. He treats my back pain and I am very happy. He has given me the opportunity to return to my life and fulfill it to the fullest. He expresses his concerns as well as recommendations to me. My primary dr agrees with him and now I can honestly say pain relief is immediate
