Very, very hard to speak to him, even when urgent as has to be arranged thru receptionist who keeps saying she will pass on to him, but then eventually calls back herself with advice we found confusing. This after 2 hospital Emergency doctors told us very important we see or speak to our cardiologist. Still waiting all week. Very, disappointing and worrying.

Dr. Mau is a fantastic Doctor BUT his staff at the front counter are absolutely terrible!!! Have been waiting for 6 mths now for an appointment and was never contacted by phone or mail the first appointment and was told new appointment was in the next 2 weeks and was never contacted so I followed up and turns out the appointment was never even made in the first place!!! My advise is to always follow up weekly as you cannot depend on this staff when it comes to your health!!

Can't complain..he has been my cardiologist for the last 10 years. A very dedicated Doctor , understanding and kind to his patients. I highly recommend him to someone who needs a de caliber cardiologist. He is really good.

I was referred to Dr. Mau when I was in the Oakville hospital just over a year ago originally for cellulitis in my left leg. I was checked out very thoroughly while in the hospital and they also checked out my heart via an MRI which showed a problem. He had detected that I had had a heart attack somewhere along the way which I wasn't aware of and didn't know. He found some damage on the lower left part of my heart which indicates a heart attack has taken place. We decided that this was one of the so called silent heart attacks. I have since been under his care for the past year and a half now.He is a very dedicated doctor and very understanding. I would reccommend him highly for anyone requiring a cardiologist. Dr. Mau has good bedside manner, knows his stuff and has been very helpful to me.I highly recommend him from my experience.
