Dr Kulman was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my son who has a complex profile. He wrote a comprehensive report that will support us with not only his school but in his future endeavors. Dr Kulman was also timely in his testing and getting the report done and to us.

Have no idea why he has a good reputation - maybe because he wrote a few articles on Additude.com
We would never recommend him to anyone-he makes many mistakes on his boiler plate test results. There is no explanation of any of it. He neglects to contact teachers and is plain rude and full of himself. Has no idea about many of the comorbidities that run with ADD and ADHD. Does not spend enough time with parents, teachers or the child to truly give a proper direction and interpretation of test results. You wait for months for results and then are emailed inconclusive results a few hours prior to a phone call with him. He keeps you waiting on the phone and rushes you off after barely 40 minutes. We even paid OOP for him. Huge mistake. Not a good experience and we feel we need to start all over with with a true neuropsych professional.

I found Dr. Kulman to be both knowledgeable and compassionate. He really focused on our daughter's personality. He talked a lot about her strengths, but he also had some really helpful ideas for her and for us. He was responsive to our scheduling needs. Highly recommended.

This guy is horrible. I have 3 versions of the same report on the same child and it was still wrong! He referred to me as "Tammy" who is the patient's (my niece) deceased mother. There are so many errors in all 3 versions of his cookie cutting reporting methods. He gave us his multi-page report 5 minutes prior to meeting with him to review. He labeled my niece with all kinds of crazy diagnosis, changed it when we questioned him and was very defensive and rude! His recommendations were things we were already doing. Had I not had so much going on in my life at the time I would have reported him to the insurance company. My niece was soon after diagnosed with autism from another Dr. after 1 evaluation. Dr. Kulman who "SPECIALIZES" in autism...missed it having 3 sessions! Bring your kid elsewhere!!! And BTW Dr. Kulman, my name still is not TAMMY!

He listened to our opinions and was very observant with our son. Noticed a lot of traits that were missed by other doctors

I found Dr. Kulman to be thoughtful, knowledgable and compassionate. He had a great rapport with my son who asked to go back for more after his testing was complete. I highly recommend him.

quick to diagnosis a child with adhd without seeing a child in a class room setting would not rush a report to another doc for a second opinion payed 500 out of pocket for testing that seemed very detailed and relied on question forms filled out by parents and teachers rather than seeing a child in the class room long testing for a 4 yr old idont think i could focus for that long would not ever go back to him
