I don't understand the poor reviews either. Dr. Feloney has treated my handicapped brother for several years and I credit him for alleviating the UTIs that he was constantly getting as is typical for someone with MS and a suprapubic catheter. Because of his catheter, food tube and a pump in his abdomen, and an arm that is contracted and can't be bent or laid upon, doing surgery on him for his kidneys which requires him to lay on his stomach for surgery was an overwhelming concern for me. Most doctors would just tell me they would handle it and knew best, but Dr. Feloney actually listened to me and worked with me to figure out how to make this surgery happen without creating more problems than we were trying to solve. I find him easy to talk to and work with because I can joke with him and he doesn't make me or my brother feel inferior to him. I truly appreciate how he works with me to handle my concerns. I credit him with saving my brother's life with 2 major kidney surgeries and his frequent care to prevent formation of bladder and kidney stones. His techniques make sense to me and my brother is living proof. I trust him completely to care for my brother. Many other doctors have had the attitude that he is handicapped so why bother. He's not your typical doctor in many ways but that's what I like about him. He tells it like it is but is kind and very funny. I have no hesitation giving him a high rating. I tease him about waiting sometimes but I know he is working on someone else and taking time with them just as he will with my brother. Wait time has definitely improved since he left UNMC and is now at Bergan, etc. I always blamed the hospitals for overbooking him and not taking into account his tendency to be so thorough. I've also seen him come from a long surgery on my brother and then have to go back and help some other doctor with a surgery problem. He is an excellent urologist and I would highly recommend him.

I don't understand the poor reviews. I found Dr. Feloney to be very thourough and deliberate, and he spent a lot of time with me. He listened thoughtfully, and was not rough in any way. I was afraid I would need surgery but he offered other options to try first and I really appreciate that. He's a straight talker but he has a sense of humor, too. He practices at several hospitals so he has a busy and demanding schedule, but I don't mind waiting for a Dr. who cares about his patients and takes the time to listen. I would highly recommend Dr. Feloney.

I can't believe I'm wasting my time reviewing this man. After several types of testing, he performed a procedure on me for an enlarged prostate. He made the procedure sound quick and simple, and that it would solve my frequent urination issue. I put my trust in this man, and was left impotent and sterile. When I returned for follow-up testing and I told him of my of my problems and concerns after the surgery, his response was actually quite vulgar. Whoever set up this website should have offered a scoring system that involves a negative review. Do not put your health into the hands of this "doctor".

Dr. Felony has completed 2 surgeries on me. I have had multiple tests and UD studies. My surgeries did not help my problem. Before one surgery he basically told me I was lying about my incontinence. I cried then. I went back several years later to see if technology had improved and he could help me. After several more tests and another UD study, he basically said he had no idea what to do for me. I stood half naked after my study and bawled again. He told me I was too heavy (while standing half naked) and that might help with my problem. HORRIBLE bedside manner. I wouldn't think he would let anyone talk to his wife that way. That 3rd visit was in 2014. Now in 2016 I am trying to get records together and they say I am not in their records?? WHAT? I have more exploring to do to see how I can get my records. If you can find another doctor, I would do that.

Dr. Felony saved my life. Forget about all of the negative bed-side manner that you read about, he is the best you can get, he is the only reason I am alive and walking around today. I wish he was also an orthopedic surgeon, I would have him work on my knees and instead of walking around I'd be running!

I found the negative comments I just read seemed to have a common thread. I wonder if it is the same patient. I am a physician who saw Dr. Feloney and thought he was exceptional . Interestingly , I have a son who is a physician that worked with him and also highly recommends him. He did not know I had personally seen him so his assessment was independent of mine . I would certainly hope that the assessments of two physicians would nullify the ridiculous negative comments.

This doctor is rude and needs to take some classes in patient/doctor repore. He was cursing in hallway. He spent 2 minutes with me and did not listen to anything I had to say. I left in tears.

Dr. Feloney did pelvic surgery on me for leaking urine. My first visit with him should have told me to run. He made me feel inferior as he talked over me. He left the room 3 times to answer his cell phone. He made comments about my size (I am overweight). He did my surgery and my husband said it took 4 hours. I could not pee after. I developed a mesh erosion so he tried to tell me I didn't follow his instructions. He did surgery to try to fix it about 2 months later and now I have scarred down. I am 38 and can no longer have sex with my husband because my vagina has scarred down. I have gone to see another doctor and have been told I can be repaired but it will take a couple surgeries. I cannot believe Alegent and Creighton would hire such an incompetent doctor. LADIES, AVOID THIS BAD DOCTOR! I should have never gone to see him. I thought the other comments were not true but now I know.
