Dr.Rebello needs to work on her personable skills and stop being demeaning, she needs to actually get to know her patients, She treats her patients like she’s just doing her job for the money, she literally rushes in the room telling you to undress your child for check up without a real greeting. I’ve been bringing my three kids to her for years and nothing has changed with her or her staff so I finally had enough and cancelled all care from her. I’m currently pregnant and I’m very happy that my new baby won’t have her as her doctor.

Never ever go with your kid to see her, she is soo rude. She has no idea how to talk to a parent .When she asked to do an xray for my 2 month old child, we gt a call back from clinic to discuss the xray report and the doctor as well as the receptionist was saying you took a week to do the xray then why can’t we delay your appointment to 3 days when i asked her if i could see the doctor as the receptionist said it was urgent. We went there waited for hour she didn’t even cared to see her or tell her if our kid report was okay. She didn’t even had a single patient that time. Terrible terrible experience that was the last time i went there.

I was late for about 25 minute for my first appointment and thankfully the receptionist just told me that I can't be their patient. I was surprised as I was expecting some other reply, may be charge me some money or reschedule but she let me go. The Doctor just lost three patients, as I have three children. After reading the reviews here, I am glad I was late and learn that I should read reviews before I make someone my precious kids Doctor.
The system wouldn't let me just write only comment then I will rate her 2 though I didn't see the doctor.

Terrible doctor she is never friendly always rush you she only gives you 2 mins to undressed your child and ask you questions while you’re undressing your child. The moment she walked in she will start rushing like no tomorrow and her main concern is always to schedule more appointments.

This doctor is provided info to us that goes against the current recommendations of the WHO, AAP, and Health Canada . I do not trust what she says and I do not recommend seeing her.

Awful experience. I've scheduled 6 appointments to visit Dr. D'Cunha and received a call less than an hour prior to 3 of those appointments to learn that she needs to re-schedule. Any parent knows the effort involved in getting your infant prepared for an outing. When she is present (and ALWAYS late), she is dismissive and short - never takes the time to explain or help. Each visit (and subsequent re-scheduled visit) has been a chore, and an overall poor experience. Find another doctor to look after your precious child - this one is too busy pushing along the assembly line.
