Staff: majority are helpful & caring. Punctuality: he’s consistently late for visits and procedures, then rushes and complains about the time.
Helpfulness: Had to leave him three messages over a period of three days before he returned call. He also complains when being asked questions.
Knowledge: He bragged about not needing to actually meet with patients because he learns all he needs to know from their scans, but shows up for appointments anyway so “they’ll feel better about it.”

My whole family sees him. He treats each one of us individually, giving us different options. I really feel like he tries to make his suggestions fit the patient instead of doing the same thing for everyone. I think he's honest (he couldn't help my mom), sweet, and very perfessional.

I have been seeing Dr. Sen for over 6 years now. He has attempted to assist me with chronic pain for my lower back and sciatica. Unfortunately none of the proceedures worked for a long periord of time. I do recommend Dr. Sen for anyone suffering in chronic pain such as myself. I travel for a total of 240 miles to see him. I trust him and appreciate him both as a Medical Dr. and as a lay person.

Very knowledgable and extremely compassionate. Spent a huge amount of time with me explaining and discussing. Always returns my phone calls, very approachable.
