Regarding our experience with Dr. Gamaliel mattos we find that his patients are not always his first priority. Cancelled many appointments with my dad when my dad was very ill and needed medical care. We had to take my father to a local hospital. On a seperate occasion we were awaiting test results and were told by his wife/ secretary, if any positive findings we would find out within one week. After several calls to the office by assisted living facility who cared for dad- we find out one month later of positive test results. Very negligent on following up with test results.
