Best Dentist and such a great staff. My family has been with this dentist office for 18 years.

Jay is brilliant kind fun unpretentious expedient surgically adept in magical ways, well priced, clinic is wonderful staff is awesome. I have been going to him for 35 years and as I age and things get worse he shows how he is so adept in tooth and gum crisis. Offers great advice, cares more about you over the money. Every penny spent is worth it. I visited so many dentists in Toronto to look into travel convenience they were all kind but its worth the drive to Pickering.

Doctor Jay is outstanding and by far the best dentist I have seen .
Very kind punctual detailed and a total credit to his practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Petroff for over 20 yrs. My whole family goes to him. He is a fantastic dentist. His staff are wonderful and accommodating. If you ever have an emergency they get you in right away for treatment. Im not sure what the previous review is talking about. We have never had an issue with the staff or Dr. P.

I went to this dentist and the front staff (Angela) is so rude that I will never go back. Stay away from this dentist unless she leaves.

I have been seeing Dr.Petroff since I was a little girl. I think he's amazing. I hate that I am writing a review rather than talking to him in person. But I don't believe my message was passed along by his staff and I can't find an email. For as long as I can remember I have had anxiety about going to the dentist. Not because of dentistry work but because of his front desk staff. These ladies have never shown any tact or class and they've become worse as I've grown older. I walked in a couple weeks ago and to my delight, only one of the rude receptionists was there (Angela) but two other fresh faces I didn't recognize were there. My alleviation turned back into anxiety as I was met with attitude after being ignored for a few minutes. No greetings. This wasn't as bad as last time but enough to ask them to delete my file as I shouldn't have to feel that way every time I walk in. Their response: "No problem. Have a nice day." I'm sacrificing my favourite dentist, whom I've bragged about for years and they can't even pass on a message to my dentist so we can sort this out. It's super nice that some of the other staff weren't there but Angela is the worst of them all. I'm quiet, shy and polite and the fact that a grown mature woman gives me nothing but bad memories of her attitude problems since I was young says alot. Most of these complaints are about YOU, Angela. You should feel bad. It was so exciting for me to have a good job with great benefits so I can start seeing Dr. Jay more often and you've taken that away from the company/Dr that pays you to support his business every day you walk through that door and you took it away from me, someone who loves walking through that door and having great looking teeth because I love and trust my dentist. Now I have to try to look for that elsewhere.

Very skilled dentist. Manages pain/discomfort really well. No pressure to spend more on unnecessary work. Friendly helpful staff.

I would highly recommend Dr. Petroff to everyone I know. He is a wonderful human being and such a good, caring dentist. He seems to have a way of making his patients feel at ease. Dr. Petroff is always fair in his billings. The last time I saw him he did not charge me for his time or for the two x-rays. What can I say? He is very kindhearted and the best dentist I know. Thank you, Dr. Petroff.
