They will overbill you every chance they get. Multiple times i had to ask them not to take additional xrays or conduct exams etc.

Dr. Madaj is one of the most caring and competent Dentists I have ever went to. I was needle phobic and was petrified of the freezing process which kept me from completing any work on my teeth.
I started to see Dr. Madaj about 10 years and would highly recommend her services to all family, friends and anybody looking for a NEW Dentist.

Having moved from office to office I finally found the office I am going to stick with. Dr Madej is a talented knowledgeable dentist and did an amazing job. The receptionist/Manager, Carrie is fabulous. She welcomed me right away, explained all my insurance to me, even spent time on the phone with the insurance to figure things out. I felt so at ease with her. While I was there another patient brought her a thank you gift for being so helpful to her and her family. I had to write a review about my experience. I give the staff 5* and will go no where else.

One of the best experiences ever going to a dental office. I walked in off the street with an emergency and the receptionist accommodated me right way. She was very knowledgeable and outgoing, my fear of the dentist already disappeared. She help me with my insurance info and filling out my chart. The dentist was very straight forward and gave me options and a price breakdown before she started the work. I left the office very happy and will be transferring my family to her.

Dr. Madej is an excellent dentist. She takes the time to make sure the work is done right! Perfectionist! The staff are great and very welcoming. One of the best hygienists I've ever had - and I've seen all types in my life time. My whole family comes here and we are very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommended!

Amazing office overall...very proficent, knowlegdable, and always accomedating. The staff there stay late, come in early and even give up their lunch hours if need be. The receptionist/office manager goes well above and beyond her job. She knows everyone and remembers their life stories. Always follows up after extractions or complicated cases, send cards for weddings, sympathy, births etc. The assistant held my hand no questions asked when I was having anxiety about freezing, and totally calmed me down. I recommend this office to anyone, and have already had friends and family transfer to Dr. Madej and are extremely satified.

I have to disagree with the comment made towards the receptionist...My Family and I have been seeing Dr Madej for over 13 years. Our expereince with the receptionist, hygenist and Dr Madej has been nothing but amazing, they treat you like you are part of their family. As far as the receptionist, she is very competent, she never hesitates or questions when we have an emergency, she has always been accommodating to our emergency needs.She is very friendly,polite and knowledgable. With that said, perhaps you are the one that is inpolite and rude!!!

Not sure what the horrible description of the receptionist was about...I've been going to this office for the past 8 years and find the receptionist goes above and beyond her job. She's polite, knowledgeable, always smiling, and definitely gives the dental office a warm welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. She by far, is the strength in that office. And treats everyone like family. It's a shame to read this. Always returns calls, deals with your insurance promptly and knows more then I would know about my own coverage. My family always makes sure she knows how important she is at Christmas with a special gift just for her. This is the only office I know that txts patients there reminder appts, or any info..and I know she started this amazing way of communication. She is relentless and always makes sure your oral health is taken care of. For anyone reading this, pls disregard the previous comment by someone whos ignorant. You can't pls everyone in the world but that was unfair.
