He is a "9-5" doc and appears to not be into his patients, especially very sick ones. He is not a "peoples" doctor and I do not recommend him if your are seeking someone who truly cares about his patients.

Dr.Obligado is a very knowledgeable Nephrologist who can accurately diagnose not only a particular problem related to nephrology but also give an idea on other possible issues related. He listens patiently and gives out detailed explanation for his diagnosis and prescribed medication. - Pavithra

Very eager to help/ do whatever he could. I only saw him while in the hospital but he was very nice, so nice that I would like to see him outside the hospital.
