Secretary is horrible. Been leaving messages for months & calls never returned. If she's so busy then why is she away from her desk gossiping with other doctors assistants? Too busy to answer phone, return calls or get paperwork completed. Dr. Zwai is amazing! Greatest bedside manner and sense of humor! Explains everything in a simple manner. Dr. Zwai, get a new Assistant who actually does the job.

Excellent care given to my father. Doctor Zwai put our entire family at ease. Great sense of humour and explained everything at our level of understanding the procedure. Dr. Zwai called us at home to let us know how the surgery went, no other Doctor has ever done that! Amazing, caring, talented Doctor with a special gift. We thank you!

Dr. Zwai is fantastic. It's his receptionist who is terrible. Never returns phone calls, doesn't send in paper work on time. She acts like a gatekeeper. She keeps saying how busy he is. She won't even let me make an appointment to see him. I've told her about the constant pain I've been in for the last 3 weeks. She hasn't even talked to Dr. Zwai about my pain.

Dr Zwai is an amazing neurosurgeon and human being. He performed 3 surgeries on me and has freed me of pain . His bedside manner is exceptional. I am so grateful that he is here in Regina. I have seen other neurosurgeons but Dr Zwai is definitely the most intelligent and caring Dr I know

The worst!did not tell me about 3buldged lumbar discs prior to a separate lumbar fusion.i now have nerve damage and will end up in a wheelchair! I'm 38 was once a contractor!his quote"you will be bigger better and stronger after the fusion"He is not working for you! Thanks for your help! I hope your family ends up like me!

After two surgeries a year apart I'm not any better off now then I was in the beginning. I'm worse off and in more pain then I've ever been in my life and all I want is my normal life back. This doctor hasn't been very helpful or given me any answers to why or whats the next step.

Both my husband and I have been his patients of his for a few years now. He has operated on me twice and my husband once. He is very concecensios and caring and will not go straight to the knife. Trys to find an awnser without surgery. He is #1 in our books. Thanks

One of the best doctor in regina. Saved my life. I lived on my floor for a month, I couldn't move. Dr. zwai did my surgery. And I now feel great.
