Rude and unprofessional. He was not willing to actually listen or take my issue seriously. I called back when I was in such pain but had to see a minute clinic since his office couldn’t get me an appointment for weeks— and I only saw him within three weeks bc I was on a cancellations list. I kept the appt bc I wanted documentation of the issue, and an actual ENT to see me to ensure I no longer had the fluid in my ears the practitioner at the clinic said I had. However, I was gaslighted into believing I never had that issue, and in fact had no ear issue at all. I was quickly dismissed (“go home, you’re fine”) and then heard him loudly exclaim to a colleague in the hallway, “she doesn’t have fluid in her ears!” When I took a few seconds to get my purse he ducked in and said, “are you ok? Exit to your right”. Seriously? I want my copay back. Everything about this visit was uncomfortable and insulting, and here I scheduled and paid to be seen by a professional. This was anything but, and I won’t be returning. Respect is a two-way street; seems like some providers forget that.

I have seen Dr Gibbons several times over tye past few years for diferent issues ranging from ear wax removal to my adult sins tonsillectomy . What strikes me most about Dr Gibbons is he actually CARES about his patients. He listens ... He consoles and he follows up to see how your doing . He's an " old school" doctor who makes you feel like you matter.

He was unhelpful & was not interested in researching or spending the extra time to take to figure out what was goin on. I chose him b/c of the comments left here on rate your doctor & to my surprise he was only in the room for 5 minutes. If it is something that he has seen or done 100 times he would make a good doc, I guess. I am very disappointed! I have found another doc not on here who helped find the cause, but he had to spend more then 5 minutes on it.

My son had a very severe case of nasal polyps. Dr. Gibbons made us feel very comfortable with everything from procedures performed in the office to the actual surgery. He personally called us at home to make sure my son was doing ok. Would highly recommend Dr. Gibbons.
