Very empathetic and helpful. Made the diagnosis when no one else could. Takes time with all of the patients, irrespective of insurance, gender, lifestyle, life circumstance, ethnicity, or problem. Made me feel at ease, that I mattered, that I wasn't going to die right then and there. Seemed to be able relate to what it means to be afraid, alone, and sick.
