Like no other eye doctor I have ever seen, and I have lived in major urban centers. He is so smart and reassuring, and as I am nervous about anyone touching my eyes, he explained everything he was going to do, every step of the way. My internist and a family physician friend raved about Dr. Pascal, and now I see why.

Very happy with the surgery and service I received here. I had "mature" cataracts and was nervous about surgery. It really was a nothing surgery, and Dr. Pascal could not have been more comforting and helpful, and I can now see so well. So much contrast, and I can read street signs at night!! I am due to have my other cataract done the first week of December, and I cannot wait. Thank you, Dr. P.

I knew right away that Dr. Pascal was brilliant, nice, thorough, and kind. What I didn't realize was how much he stood out among the flotsam and the jetsam of other eye doctors in the east bay. When I had to change insurance due to finances, he wasn't in my new plan, and I figured, OK, I'll just go to the best guys in my plan. To make a long story short, I am now going back to Dr. Pascal and paying for it out of my own pocket. He's worth it.
