Dr. Panthangi is so nice and took time to discuss the family situation and the needs when I took my mother to her. She made both of us comfortable in the treatment options available. I would definitely recommend her without any hesitation to anyone.

After looking for a long time I found someone who specializes in geriatrics. I met this doctor and was very impressed with her demeanor. She gave an accurate diagnosis and she even helped me to get information on other social services that would help me. I am very happy with this physician

Of the three members of my immediate family (self included), all three have been grossly disappointed and outright frustrated with Dr Panthangi's care. She is not knowledgeable on the conditions that she treats. She does not perform appropriately thorough examinations of the patient. She disregards your complaints, gives an unrelated diagnosis, and dismisses you. Her outright neglect of me in an inpatient setting has, in part, led to continued and severe painful complications. I was disrespected, called a liar and treated like a child by her. Never again will anyone I know visit Dr Panthangi. The others in the same St John Medical Center (Iyer, O'Byrne, Vornberger, etc) have been great, in my experience. She's just the bad apple of the bunch, I suppose.
