To be treated with a modicum of dignity and respect, is not a lot to ask. Dr. Kirk is wonderful but, her staff leaves so much to be desired. They are rude, unprofessional and treat patients as though they are beneath them. I would most definitely not recommend this practice to anyone. They do not care about the patients, or timely service and if you complain about waiting for your prescription for example, they will make you wait even longer. The staff WILL keep you from seeing the doctor.

The doctor never examined me, just shook my hand. All work was done by her technicians. Whoever tried to refill my previous hormone prescription and thyroid prescription could not get it right. I refused to pay for them. To this day, 3 months later, we keep receiving bills from obscure hospitals I've never gone to. I think they only want to see how deep my insurance pockets are. BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

I am at my absolute wits end with this entire office. I was having some hormonal issues and went in for the "physical" first. I was told and signed numerous papers telling me that my insurance paid 100% for all of the tests and that if I got a bill to call the office. Fast forward to 6 months later and I am still dealing with this nonsense and still apparently owe close to $600. I was charged $123 just to get my results from said tests!! I don't understand. The testing costs nothing but to see the results is triple digits? I've called the office numerous times. They keep giving me a different number for billing. Then the person at that number can only help with office billing so I get another number for lab billing. I can't seem to get anyone to answer at that number and I have been calling and leaving voicemails for two weeks straight. To add insult to injury, through all of this, I actually never saw Dr. Kirk once. NOT ONCE!!

I also had a pellet inserted. I was informed when I checked in that insurance would not cover the procedure, so that day I paid $200+ for the procedure. Then I get a bill from their office for that day. When I called they said that the bill was for the amount that insurance didn't cover?! Insurance didn't cover any of it. That's why I paid cash. They said that the additional $200 dollars I owed was for the nurse consultation!!! DEAR GOD! They are absolute vultures!!!

I have been seeing Dr Kirk since 22012.I Have Been to at least 5 Dr. Before her. She is the only one who took the time to listen to me.she is concerned and really cares about people. She was the only one who could fix my back. She doesn't hurry up to get me out. So i will be staying with her. Thank you Dr Kirk.

I scheduled my daughter an appointment with Dr. Kirk, upon scheduling this appointment I was told she needed a physical. I instructed the staff that she was a college student and was having to miss school for this appointment. The appointment was scheduled and the day before I received a call from the office telling me that my portion of the bill would be $500.00 for the physical and $60.00 for the office visit. When I declined the physical and just wanted to have an office visit I was told they were "overbooked" and couldn't see her that day. All this Dr (if that's what you want to call her) is interested in is money. She has her hands into everything! Chiropractic, weight loss, Botox, Hormone replacement. Everything!! If you are a patient, have you noticed how the staff will take you back and get vital signs on you just when picking up a prescription or dropping off a urine sample? This is done so she can charge you a nursing procedure fee. Just another way for her to get your money. This "Dr." is a joke and needs her license revoked because she cares nothing about your health and all about the mighty dollar! Shame on you Lisa Kirk! I hope that one day if you need a Dr, you get one that's better than yourself.

I went through Dr Kirk's "complete physical" in January 2016. I had follow-up appointments that were handled by the physicians assistant, who herself went over all the test results and perscribed medications. Dr Kirk's office billed my insurance company over $14,000 for the exam. I was never seen by Dr Kirk, I am still very ill, with Addison's and Hashimoto's disease. I have no confidence in Dr Kirk, and wonder if her practices are even legal.

I sooo wanted to like this office. Unfortunately, I didnt. I spent a lot of money and had little to no follow through on all of the testing. I was shuffled around a lot in all four appointments I had with her and I practically had to demand that I been seen my her and not her physicians assistant who I did not care for ( I felt like I was a number to her and she was t taking my complaints seriously.) getting prescriptions was a mess and call backs was even messier. They rary knew what they were calling me for even though they should have. Personally I think the dr. Is doing too many things and/or has too many patients to really manage my health. My husband also tried her out and did the Heartwise testing. He had the exact problems I did--but some worse. Evidently during his follow up appointment where they discussed all his labs both the physicians assistant and dr. Kirk ? He saw her for 5 minutes) failed to tell him he was borderline diabetic. Instead her staff gave him a referal ?that he requested) for a nutritionist and the nutritionist looked at the labs and told him. This should t have happened. If you actually need your health managed don't go here.

I've never been to a doctor before who tries to sell you your entire visit from check in to check out. All she cares about is how much money she can make off you instead of treating you. I heard this from several friends throughout the community but figured I would give her a go and I now see what they meant. Will not be back.
