I made an online appointment with her at Loyola, and everything was email confirmed. But I took three buses to get there after 3 hours, wet my pants twice, only to find there was no appointment scheduled. I also stated I'm transitioning. Which means she canceled my appointment because she refuses to serve transgender patients. Then I had to suffer in agonizing UTI and a bladder stone, on four bus rides home and wetting myself several more times. I wasted the whole day, and a lot of money This was a horrible experience against me and a travesty on the trans community. She's the only one in my network that's close, I can't function, and another religious nut is now outed that discriminates against the LGBTQ community. Why have this insanity forcing us to suffer. Do my operation and get this painful stone out of me. I'm homeless and can't afford this, but my insurance covers this. The least you could do is tell us you discriminate against trans people like all the other right wing bundahoes. You people are horrible to the LGBTQ community for something we were born with, disgraceful. I'm announcing this to everyone on social media.

I was referred to Dr. Mueller for some issues I had been having chronically. She and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I need to have some surgery in the future and will be scheduling with her. I felt very confident in her knowledge and abilities.

Dr. Mueller is the only Dr. who helped me with constant UTI's. She is very wise, has the information, and is very honest and direct about helping. Thank you God!

Dr. Mueller is actually a uro-gynecologist, which means she treats women whose urology problems are caused and/or aggravated by gynecological issues. For example, I saw a urologist for a year and a half, who did every test under the sun and couldn't figure out why I kept having UTI's. I was finally sent to uro-gynecology and once I got in front of Dr. Mueller, she diagnosed me on the first visit, which saved my life. I had been on so many antibiotics, that just prior to seeing her I was getting IV Injections of antibiotics because the infection had grown so strong and I had become allergic to two large families of antibiotics that nothing else would work. If you suffer from reoccuring uti's, don't be a victim of Antibiotic Bingo-go see Dr. Mueller, even if you have to pay out of pocket for one visit. Oh, and don't let the receptionist scare you off, because the rest of her staff are angels!
