Terrible bedside mannors and he is probally in it for the money

Ibelieve he is only in it for money. He Barely listens to you and rushes in and out of the room. His blood pressure cuff doesn't work or the nurse doesn't know how to use it

Dr. Haddad is attentive and caring. His intent, I believe, is to treat his patients' medical conditions, rather than treat ONLY the symptoms. More physicians should have this focus. His office is clean, furniture is acceptable and I don't concern myself with anything so trivial as dates of the magazines that Dr. Haddad and/or his staff kindly supply; nor am I concerned with the "interior decorating". I go to Dr. Haddad when I require medical advice/treatment and that is what I receive from him and his pleasant and PROFESSIONAL staff. Dr. Haddad is an excellent medical doctor.

The office staff is horrible, the wait time, atrocious....Dr. Haddad is a good doctor, but you get the feeling he is in it for money only. His office is overbooked and the wait time is over an hour. Perhaps we should charge him an hourly rate for
wasting our time sitting in his dirty office.

The people complaining about Dr George are crazy. He's the most amazing doctor in WNY. The wait time is under an hour and I get at least 15-20 minutes with him. Because he takes his time. Strong skills as a doctor and very friendly and cares.

The staff is horrible! Very unfriendly. The doctor will not speak with you over the phone wih any issues and has his unknowledgable staff judge you and relay his messages for him. The doctor will not write scripts over the phone and charges you to come in to the office.

Dr. Haddad is fabulous. He is a strongly knowledgable physician with years of experience. I have been a patient for the past 5 years and have never had a problem with him. He's kind, caring, and asks a lot of questions. He truly wants and cares to know whats wrong and always answers any questions I have. I absolutely love him and would recommend him to anyone!

Where should I start? The overcrowded waiting room with outdated magazines & an intermittently working tv? Nah. I only get 1000 characters. 1st - you need to budget 2 hours for a routine office visit. You sign in (on a piece of scrap paper - don't those drug reps have pads they can give them?) then wait 30 + minutes to be called to make your copay. Then you wait another 30 + to be called in by the most personality-less nurse ever. She's seriously a robot. Then you wait 30+ minutes for the doctor. He rushes through the appt, doesn't listen to a word you say, even if you tell him, "I have a lot to talk about," he only half-listens. He will nickel & dime you for everything & even charges you for follow-ups. You think your office visit copay covers stuff like this, but before you know it you have a huge outstanding balance for all sorts of weird stuff that you thought was covered. This guy is a crook who cares only about $. Stay away. Far away. Hopefully I can find another doc soon.
