This doctor has no clue. Even though I didn't request it he increased my dose of Benzodiazepines (klonopin, valium, xanax, ativan). I had no clue what withdrawal from this class of drugs is like. It is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I wasn't even complaining or requesting more he just said 'oh that dose can't be doing anything anymore take more!' Avoid this Dr.

DR. Reis was ok. My problem is with his assistant Robin. She is not nice at all. She called up and literally jumped in my face about what info she needed. I was trying to get the records transferred and they had not come yet. If she would have waited, everything she needed was in the records. After she jumped at me, then she tried to back up and say, let's not get off on the wrong foot. Too late at this point. She had ask for a med list from home, but I was not willing to talk to her again, especially after she ask me what were the meds being taken and I said One of them and her response was " you need to slow down" So a few days passed and she called me again, and ask if I remembered her. I guess you could say I remembered her...I thought about nothing else for those few days. I know for a fact that the records were there, because I ask...and she still insisted that she hadn't seen them. No one talks to me like she did....ever.

Dr. Reis has been my doctor for quite some time. I have had many issues and Robyn his assistant is just fantastic too. He is a very busy doc so its kinda hard to get in to see him at times. but that's because he is good at what he does and cares about his patients. He took on a mess with my recent history, spent over an hour with me, really understood what had been going on, had a diagnostic plan, and best of all, made things happen fast with the labs, etc. Called immediately when he heard results, etc.

I saw this doctor for what I thought were minor stomach problems back in October of '08. All Dr. Reis did was sit there and "google" my symptoms and then suggested we could try different medications to see which one worked. Any doctor who has to "google" your symptoms is not a doctor to be going to. I have never gone back.
