best doctor I ever went to. He actually worked with me on payment and was extremely generous, it was never about money with him. I think he was one of the most knowledgable doctors I ever went to .. he did surgery and didn't even leave a scar. His only fault was being too kind to the people who worked for him

Been with Doctor Pollen for over 20 years and he is absolutely the best doctor around. Brilliant, caring etc!!! Too much good to write!!! Absolutely worth the wait.

Waited 5 hours while the wife who is the recepionist or whatever pranced around then some stripper type walked in and went to the bathroom and after she was done went right into the Doctors waiting room. She stayed there behind closed doors for 2 hours while the wife went in on numerous occasions the place is a joke. But he has everyone hooked on the pills so he knows they will wait for hours they should be arrested.

I saw doctor Pollen at a different office but it looked like his punctuality habits have not changed. They are horrible. He will make you wait hours. This doctor has a habit of making no contact with you. When I was seeing him he was big on handing out large doss of meds, when the next doctor came in he had to ween the entire office off of the large amounts of pills he prescribed. It looks like that is a no go at the new office. I have had the opportunity on two occasions to contact the new office. Both times they were very short. The Dr. is nice enough but no he is not worth the wait if you can find someone else.

Different dr. saw me and denied pain medication totally. Horrible office.
