Dr. Wasson is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has been doing my sports/work physicals for years. She always is very helpful and makes me feel comfortable. I wouldn't go to another doctor given the option of Dr. Wasson.

I had five episodes of internal bleeding over eight years that three doctors weren't able to find the cause after several times in the hospital for tests. Dr. Wasson studied my symptoms and felt they were looking at the wrong things. She sent me to Mayo where they found a seven inch cancerous carcinoid tumor in the walls of my intestine. If the problem would have gone on another year, I would have died. I am now cancer free. Her independent practice is different than our typical corporate for maximum profit approach to medicine. She takes the time to understand your problem and find a cure.

Dr. Susan Rutten-Wasson is a very caring doctor. She keeps herself updated with the latest research and many times has less expensive ways of dealing with symptoms. I trust her and she has never let us down. She does not file insurance which keeps her costs low.

I needed a prescription refilled and because I don't have insurance I decided instead of going to my regular Dr. & paying $125+ for 5 minutes of her time & an hour lost from work I decided to go see Dr Wasson. She was very knowledgable and offered other alternatives besides medication. I had a visit that lasted just under 30 minutes and was very pleased with the outcome. I drove 3 hours one way to see her, well worth the trip!

Dr. Susan is very educated and can merge wholistic and allopathic health with ethical balance. She goes out of her way to relate to you and your child. Her staff is not impressive, and truly if she could only know that her practice would be largely improved by a warm, encouraging and friendly staff she'd probably make a bigger influence for TRUE healthcare.

She is wonderful. If you have great insurance and want to get ripped off, pick another doctor. If you want common sense and compassion you can't do any better.

Dr Susan was fantastic! No paper robes, a comfy chair instead of a metal exam table- and the doctor will see you now, and for 1/2 an hour, and she'll listen, think, and diagnose without influence of insurance regs or drug reps. An American ideal of practical medicine.

For 17 yrs. I went to a local clinic & Hospital. I was in and out of the hospital numerous times with pneumonia and my heart. I went to Dr. Wasson for another opinion. Was taken off some medication and in the past 4 yrs have only been in a hospital 2x. She knows what she is doing and takes at least 30 min with each patient. She listens to what they are saying. From my past experience with other doctors, clinics and hospitals I had begun to not trust any. Dr. Wasson I trust. She is a very knowledgeable physician and a Christian. Always has time to discuss what is going on with you and how to take care of what is wrong. IF she feels and you feel itis necessary to see a specialist for the poroblem, she will gladly put you in touch with one. You can rest assure it will be the very best. In 2009 we both agreed I should be on insulin. Before then I was on 2 pills.one increased the risk of heart problems. I should have never been on it in the first place. I was for about 15 yrs.
