Dr. Thompson has been my ENT for over a decade now and has always been understanding and helpful whenever I see him. He's operated on my more than once, and continues to maintain my inner ear.

Dr. Thompson is an excellent doctor. He listens, provides feedback, and is very thorough in investigating what is presented to him. I found him to be very kind, caring, and ready to look further, if necessary. He took everything I said seriously and I have the utmost respect and faith in him as my specialist. Anne, the receptionist, is so nice and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dr. Thompson.

Had a great experience with Dr. Thompson and his staff. I work in the medical field and personally feel like his receptionist does an exceptional job at managing the phone and people. I can’t imagine how busy his practice must be speaking from experience and how much Anne has on her plate. She got me in quickly and was accommodating, very straight forward. From the first appointment I had, Dr Thompson was patient, caring, knowledgeable and he listened. The receptionist was very caring as well. I had surgery today, Dr Thompson’s bedside manner is the best I have ever had. He explained everything. He came to see me after. Did not appear to be rushed. Very impressed and we are lucky he has chosen Fredericton to be his home.
