I am in AWE of how special they make you feel - a person not just a customer. Dr. Lai and her husband make this family business a great experience. Dr. Lai was very through in my eye exam, taking to ime to suggest and note an odd eye issue I have to keep in my wallet, which my previous optometrist never did, but would be important if every in an accident and I couldn't verbally advise medical staff. With a purchase of contact lens the service provided by Mr. Lai was amazing! I felt truly appreciated for being a patient and customer. An experience second by my husband/another patient when he needed the lens in his existing frame (still liked) replaced this past summer and Mr. Lai completed this while he waited. Excellent - friendly with no high pressure sales pitches!!!

Dr. Lai. has been consistent in the care she has provided through the last few years that I’ve known her. Her eye exams are thorough. Glad that she is able to (correctly) diagnose any issues, thus avoiding other medical complications for my eye sight down the road.
