Office moved to a new building and receptionist was very helpful in giving me accurate directions. Very courteous and patient in helping me fill out new patient form. Dr Panza listen to me and was very caring and compassionate. Nurse very caring and knowledgeable. Will recommend Dr Panza to members of my family and friends

Staff was incredibly rude and incompetent. They kept my 18 month old infant in the waiting room for an hour, even after being told she was in respirtory distress and had been already waiting an hour for her apt. There response was, "Well she'll have to wait at least another hour- we're running behind." My daughter had the first apt. of the day! I will NEVER go back to this doctor due to her staff- Dr. Panza is aware of how her staff acted and this staff is still empolyed by her office.
