HORRIBLE - This gastro and office is completely disorganized and will dismiss you if they are wrong on their check box list of tests. You will only ever see the NP unless you have a procedure. NP says one thing, front desk asks Dr and he says another. Led me down the wrong path of diagnosis a few times - maybe even could have kept my gallbladder and not have my current post surgery complications that have ruined my life.
Canceled a telemedicine without telling me. At the time I needed help the most, they left the practice completely uncovered for a month while the NP was on maternity leave and the Dr went out of the country for vacation without telling their patients. No back up or coverage plan - no one to go to unless you were bad enough to go to the ER. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Dr. Kondaveeti has been my doctor for a few years and I am very grateful for all he and his team has done for me. Before seeing Dr. Kondaveeti, no one was able to get me a diagnosis or help me in any way. Dr. Kondaveeti made time for me in his busy schedule to get seen as soon as possible and at whatever time worked best for me. Since the initial diagnosis I have done my follow up appointments with his Nurse Practitioner, Laken Kuntz, who has gone above and beyond to help me manage my diagnosis and maintain a normal lifestyle. I have been back since for more procedures and the nurses are always very kind and the Dr. Kondaveeti is always very thorough when trying to assess the best plan of care. Though his bedside manner can be a little abrasive at times, he is a great physician and I would recommend him and his team.

wasn't impressed with how he does not take time to talk to you when your test is done. then you don't ever hear from him and if you have a question you have to come in for a PA to try to explain what is going on. would not go there again

He's an amazing doctor, who cares about his patients. I saw him three times and every time I saw him he remembered me, he made me feel like he cared about my health problem and wanted to solve the problem.

Everyone he sees has "gluten" issues. New dr says nope. Appears the medication he gave me was on the way of causing me to developed stomach and intestinal cancer. So thanks for that. Nice guy but not the best Dr.

This doctor had no interest in what you were saying. He just doesn't listen to you. He also talks so fast and rushes out so you are unable to ask him any questions. Had to run out of the ran and down the hallway to ask him a question. He would rather talk about him self and what he has instead of what is going on with your heath or your health questions.

He speaks to make himself sound smarter. I've struggled with a long undiagnosed immne condition and have spent years learning as much as I can about it. My first visit I didn't tell him I am also a scientist and he used a lot of purposely hyper technical language that one would not typically use in lay conversation. He was trying to sound extra smart and confident and I fell for it. That first visit he promised me earnestly that he would do whatever it took to figure out what was plaguing me. By the 3rd visit he was out of procedures and tests for me and suggested I just needed to have a good hearty steak meal and not worry so much about what I eat and feel. That some people are just born wrong (literal quote here) and there's nothing you can do about it. He also suggested therapy. It's doctors like this person that make it hard for me to build up the confidence to put my health and trust in another person's hands. I left the office in tears and not one of his staff said a word to me. Not once was he on time, even when I was the first patient of the day. I feel this person may be helpful to you if you have a common and easily treatable acute condition (like lupus), but his lack of empathy and dedication to things outside of his diagnostic routine make him useless to anyone else.
