Agree that there's been a receptionist at some times that has been pretty brusque, so yeah, the staff varies... there have also been lovely ones. We've been going to Stefan (myself and my kids) for many years now and he is a fantastic dentist. My teenage daughter has had problems with weak enamel meaning big fillings in molar teeth since she was quite young, and he's handled that so well, that she actually asks to go back, she's not afraid. And I mean big fillings, with lots of drilling and time in the chair. Teenage son also very comfortable with Stefan. I recommend him highly.

Absolutely fantastic dentist. I had my front teeth fixed. Dr. Kolm placed 4 Crowns. They look great and all my friends think I look 10-15years younger !!!! Very gentle and skilful dentist !!

Difficult receptionist, unhelped by the lack of fax and email access. I was treated urgently due to pain and received a clean out/root canal prep and temporary filling. The pain persisted until the next day when it was cleaned again and filled by a different dentist. I decided I'd consult an endodontist, as dentist 2 suggested if the root was elusive (as it seemed to be, based on the ongoing pain) I might be best to see an endodontist. 3 days later I called to request that my x-rays be sent to an endodontist I'd found, but was told by the receptionist that (1) I didn't need to see an endodontist for root canal (2) my xrays couldn't be sent until I delivered a records request in person. Faxing or emailing the request was not an option as the practice apparently has neither. None of this necessarily reflects on the skill of Dr Kolm, but its unimpressive all the same.

Stefan is a great dentist. He takes great care with me (I don't like needles!), and is always friendly and helpful. Top marks for him and his staff!

Stefan is an excellent dentist, who is caring and professional. His waiting room could do with a makeover, however, and the receptionist is vacuous and irritating. She leaves the impression that it is all beneath her.
