Husband saw 2 neuro, 2 ortho, 1 pain mgmt, 1 rheumotologist, in hospital, pills, pills, pills, in phy rehab, even saw Medical college/SC. Stumbled onto Dr. Mac while doing research for help. Sent MRI, they responded quickly. His nurse said, he doesn't take patients unless he thinks he can help them. After 9 mo. of medical community failure, his procedure worked and walking again! His office isn't fancy, his manner can be abrupt, but great Doc that we dearly love!

Be very wary before you let this man operate on you. He is not a neurosurgeon. Check his credentials. He is an Anesthesiologist. He has been involved in dozens of lawsuits.

Absolute clown! Run, do not walk from this facility! Notice 1980's waiting room, rude desk people, no cars in parking lot- back of a small office park. Listen to your gut- this place is a joke! Marian is so full of himself and a hypocrite. Man of God- give me a break! He's more interested in telling you how bad the hospitals, insurance companies and med system is than caring about your back! He'll misinform you on insurance too- watch everything you sign!!! Run from this clown- you'll be sorry if not! Had previous surgery like this, he was not even close on professionalism or results!! Still in pain, still fighting his BS charges- RUN!!!

Dr. McMillan performed surgery on my husband on Thursday July 14th, 2016 - this doctor is fantastic, my husband had severe lumbar stenosis and could hardly walk prior to surgery. He was walking hours after surgery, it has been a week and he feels absolutely no pain in his legs. He has 4-6 weeks to go before full recovery but what a fantastic experience. Thank you to Doctor McMillan!

So this guy this morning with out a doubt the biggest joke for a neurosurgeon or doctor for that matter I have ever run across . Don't understand how he presents himself as a neurosurgeon when I asked his staff I was told he is not certified under any organization . But that he had studied under a doctor in Germany who developed a certain procedure He supposedly did this on his own . Should have known when you get an appointment in 3 or 4 days and no cars in the parking lot when you arrive something is not right . Sorry I waisted our time and a little money with him .

Dr. McMillan is an excellent surgeon and has the greatest office staff. He did surgery on my back and I was up and walking immediately, with NO pain. I would recommend him to anyone with back, neck pain.

Doctor seemed more interested in destroying BCBS of South Carolina than in patient welfare. He spent one whole office visit expounding the bad traits of that insurance company. Seems to be more interested in boosting his ego than in patient care.
