Dr Edwards has been exceptional with me and is very kind. Helped me deal with a very difficult issue which has improved which she said is rare. I love her bright, direct manner. I’m stunned to read the unfair comments people left because it’s the opposite of my experience. I’m a doctor’s daughter, I know what to expect from a doctor and I have been to the some of the best Manhattan doctors. Dr Edwards is the expert in her field. One of my favorite doctors. Highly recommended!

Dr. Libby is rude. She will tell you, she isn't trying to cure anything. Seems like an expensive shelter of hope; It works it work, it don't it don't. She has an "I don't care attitude." Her knowledge, office equipment, and products seems to be outdated. Lord knows, we pay enough cash for our visit. I just think it times to hire someone new with innovative techniques and technology, retire, or just keep providing an expensive shelter of hope. I sent in a fax, and she could not even read it. Said her fax has issues. I sent in Dr. notes, prior to office visit, and she didn't even bother to read them. Yet every doctor who don't want to be bothered with mystery female issues, seems to recommend her. Go figure, Next!

Dr. Edwards was extremely rude, during my office visit with her I would try to explain my past history and she was cutting me off. I got prescribed a medication I’m allergic to and no one bothered to look at my allergies before prescribing it. I got a very bad allergic reaction because I didn’t know the name of the medicine. She was rude over the phone. Not a kind doctor at all, save your money seek someone who cares about their patients.

Normally I dont have a issue with staff/doctor. Today I experienced the worst customer service. Due to covid 19 the office is closed unless you have a emergency which is understandable. I called earlier today left a vm and this afternoon a staff member returned my call. While trying to explaining my situation she was so rude (as if she was rushing me off the phone and putting me on hold) I hear doctor Edwards say "let me speak with her" next thing I know she says there's nothing I can do for you and tells the staff member to hang up the phone. (I never got to explain anything to Dr Edward's of course I'm thinking what did the staff member tell her) I was only trying to get documentation that clears me to continue working with the medicine she prescribed for me.

I love Dr. Edwards, she is the best doctor, I have lichen sclerosus, it could be very painful, Dr. , before I came to see Dr. Edwards, I could barely walk , now I can walk, I have more energy, she is a miracle doctor. thank you Dr. Edwards for all you do. A++++++++++++++++++++++++

I thank her for all she has done to help me and I recommend her to anyone who has litchen she has been only dr to know what to do to help me. I think she is a very caring person I just think world of her.

Dr. Edwards truly is a gift. She is brilliant and dedicated and handles very delicate medical issues with grace and humor, which I like. She knows her stuff cold and doesn't mess around, which I also like. She is caring and nothing means more than her patients health and true well being. She has gotten our family on a path that we wouldn't have found with out her, a path of healing and hope. Her new location is great and her staff is amazing and they go out of their way to help because they really care too! Can't recommend them enough.

I’m a little surprised at some of these reviews. I’ve been going to dr Edwards for lichen schlerosis. She’s an authority in the field. She has a dry sense of humor which I enjoy and give back to her. Maybe that’s what some object to? I had heard that other doctors fear her, and that doesn’t bother me. If you need her specialty you’d be smart to see her.

The Dr. was great but unless you are a "yes man" the office staff/nurses will not help you. I have issues with the meds prescribed and have emailed and called to seek advice on what to do and it's been over 2 weeks now and I still have no answer. If you do exactly what the staff wants you to do they are nice to you but heaven forbid the patient has issues then they don't want to help you. I bet the Dr. hasn't even been notified that I have been trying to contact her. There was a mix up on the original RX and the Pharmacy gave the name of the office staff there that was part of the mix up but yet I was in the middle. Who was to blame is between the Dr office and Pharmacy. Not me. The Dr. allowed the staff to make me an after hours appt for a recheck visit and the nurse standing there was like REALLY?! Like I inconvenienced her? I'm the one traveling over 6 hours one way and having to take off work and pay for a hotel room. Again liked the Dr. but the staff needs some retraining or replacing. Each appt that I have scheduled they try to reschedule them. The first one they did reschedule to suit their needs and the 2nd one I refused because again it seems to be an issue of what their convenience is.
