We had Dr. Tatoy ever since our first child was born. With both children as infants we were always put into a room right of way, as not to sit out in the waiting room. Now that my children are a little older, we've still waited no more than 10 minutes to be in a room. Dr. Tatoy is so wonderful. She really does care about our children and remembers every detail about us. She's a very personable dr. She is thorough and spends as much time with you as necessary. We all love her!! I love that it's not a group. I love if you call and have a question, she calls you back quickly. I have nothing negative to say about her!

We love Dr. Tatoy! I can; however, agree that some of her staff are not very warm or friendly. She really needs to get more knowledgable nurses and a more friendly staff. If we did not have such great experiences with Dr. Tatoy, we would definitely looked for another doctor.

Front staff is VERY unfriendly. They never seem happy or pleasant. The girls who take you back to weigh the children are not friendly. You would think they would smile and greet you. Try to make the children feel comfortable but they don't. It's a very cold atmosphere. Dr. Tatoy is a great doctor too bad her staff is not.

I came into Dr.Tatoy's office after hearing good things from a friend, I did come in a bit skeptical and on the defense as I had just left another pediatrician. I immediately told Dr. Tatoy that my son had been on 6 different medications at one time, including steroids for sinus infections so I was not fond of putting him on any medications as a guessing game as to what the issue is, I was only willing to give my child what was medically necessary. Dr.Tatoy has never rushed me off, she always addresses every concern, properly treats my child (ever since going to her he has not been on any medication), is personable and educated. I cannot say enough good things about her. She will listen to your concerns but your child will always come first. I appreciate that she is not quick to prescribe unnecessary medication, I appreciate how dedicated she is to the kids and parents. I could not be happier with the service and care we receive from her and will recommend her to everyone.

My teen daughters have been seeing Dr. Tatoy since they were toddlers. When she was with a group, she was the only one I would see. When she broke out on her own, I followed her despite the drive being much farther. I fully trust Dr. Tatoy. She is both very knowledgable and down to earth. She talks to you in a straight forward manner, doesn't treat parents like they don't have a clue, listens to both the parents and the kids, spends real time with her patients, and flat out just cares. Dr. Tatoy has seen our family through some big changes and some tough times. She has gone above and beyond for several years. Her staff is also amazing and friendly.

The staff/reception is VERY unfriendly, hostile and downright rude. You're lucky to be acknowledged upon sign-in. The waiting room is unsanitary, as the sick and well sides are connected by a door which is always open. Furthermore, everyone, sick or well, is directed to the entrance door on the well side. God knows if they even clean the toys laying around. Also, the weigh/measure room is yet another shared room between sick and well patients. My son acquired hand, foot and mouth disease from this office then passed it on to me. Let me tell you how fun that was! Guess that's how the doc makes her money - make all the well children sick so they have to come back to be seen. Lastly, the wait time to be seen is ridiculous! You can't keep infants waiting for over an hour without them getting cranky. You'd figure a pediatrician would know this and take it into consideration but nope. I'm so sick and tired of the uncaring nature of this office. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Tatoy was such a breath of fresh air after the "group" I had used in Lutz! Personal, on time, and truly has built a relationship with my kids! I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tatoy. She is simply the best! It took me almost a year to find her when my son was born. She always takes her time talking to me. She always on time. Her stuff is friendly. They all know my son by name. I am pleased with Dr. Tatoy and recommend her to everyone! I wish I knew about her when my son was born, so I could avoid going to other doctors who neve cared about my child's health.
