Kind hearted and knowledgable. Helped my family through a very difficult time. He has a stellar reputation and often is asked by courts to handle the most difficult and contentious cases.

Dr. Russ is AWSOME! He is tough but fair! He is Highly intelligent and very helpful with problem solving. He has and continues to provided me with a number of helpful tools to help me with my Difficult & High Conflict Divorce. He is compassionate & honest. I have seen a number of Court appointed Dr.'s since my Divorce & Dr. Russ is the BEST of them all! I Highly recommend him! Do yourself a favor if you must see a Court appointed Dr. & you are lucky enough to have him to choose from-pick Dr. Russ! You will be happy you did! its unfortunate. he did no diligence and was biased toward the one who could pay. Useless and overpaid. Underestimated one parent and ignored the other.

dr. russ is the worst selfserving piece of work I've ever seen. he ivestigates nothing, only to finance his practice especially with a known cash cow he can collect from!

Dr. Russ risked my child's life by allowing him to be alone with his homeless, mentally-ill father. I had to pick up my son on a street corner at 7:00 AM after his father was thrown out of a homeless shelter for fighting and drug abuse. Russ also recommended the week previous that the father "try" half custody for the summer, "to see how it goes." It will take years of therapy for my son to get over the trauma Russ has caused.

I found d=Dr. Russ to be kind and compassionate and patient. I've worked with him over 5yearsas needed. He was particularly helpful in couples' therapy with myself and my husband, and in finding practle solutions to difficult family problems.

Dr. Russ has no integrity. He teamed with Minor's Counsel who prompted him to bring about the results he wanted. He misrepresented my child's thoughts. He added events during our session in his report that did not occur. He rephrased my words to make them fit his purpose. He is not someone you can trust to evaluate a case on it merits. His evaluation will be purely based on his relationship with the other "professionals" on the case. He hasn't an authentic thought in his head. Everything he states will come from third party information. He should not be trusted with you or your children.
