This is the best dr I’ve ever had. She listens. She cares.
I saw her at the DC/OTU campus clinic and I request her everytime. I do have to admit she is a bit of a scatter brain (might have some sort of underlying neurodivergence) but she is INCREDIBLE. Cares IMMENSELY about her patients and makes me feel comfortable at the doctors and I feel like I can bring up any issue I have concerning my health to her. I totally recommend her if you are a DC/OTU student.

She was amazing and I wish I could have her as my doctor! She listened to me and offered intelligent advice. Will definitely recommend her to anyone. I wish she had a private practice.

Saw her at Durham College's health centre - would NOT see her again. This "doctor" seems to always deny testing for strep no matter the symptoms or circumstances. I currently have a virus and after she rushed through checking me (her conclusion being a sharply muttered "virus") I explained to her that I have a medical history of getting strep that turns to scarlet fever without the usual symptoms and would like to be swabbed & checked just in case. She refused multiple times even after I told her that when this first happened other doctors refused to check me and I ended up in the hospital getting my lungs drained from a staff infection that had occurred due to the scarlet fever. She said, "Well you don't have symptoms of strep." (Despite me actually having a very sore throat and fever) and I said "What I am telling you is that is exactly what happened last time so we need to check." She refused to believe my knowledge about my own medical history and repeatedly refused to swab me, telling me I'd have to go to another physician to be swabbed. Not sure why she thought I just wanted a swab for the thrill of it. She was ignorant, rude, and clearly high off a God complex. I wouldn't visit her unless you find smirking, condescending doctors a joy to be around.

I went to Newcastle urgent care this morning, it was Dr Lennox that was on, she was really nice with me, helpful and listened, very caring, I would highly recommend her, she was first class, and as a family doctor I would trust her 100%

Dr. Lennox was very aggressive and arrogant during my visit to the clinic. She is one of the worst drs I’ve encountered. Perhaps she should read the notice on the walls in the clinic claiming that disrespectful and rude behaviour will not be tolerated. I agree with previously comments suggesting even if she did read her reviews she is too arrogant for it to be constuctive r impact her approach to patients. I will not return to the bowmanville clinic if she is on duty
