She shouldn't be allowed to practice. Mean spirited person with no bedside manor. Her staff is no better. Literally charged 5x the amount any other eyeglass store charges for the same thing. I bought after I felt pressured and paid an arm and a leg. After having them for a week I took them to another office for them to give me a price on the exact pair and its was a 5th of the price. I went back to question this and got a very nasty attitude. Buyer beware. Shop around. You are not getting what you pay for at this office.

Excellant service and very friendly and competent staff. Answered all of my questions. Has a very good selection of glasses including the out of the box styles which is what I was looking for. I had no problems getting a copy of my prescription and they fast tracked my replacement glasses when I lost my pair. Dr. Nolan has always explained everything thoroughly and I have found her to be a thorough and pleasant person. I like all of the staff at this office. They are a delight to work with and very patient with this 70 year old demanding patient.

Quite an arrogant doctor and at times very unprofessional in her conduct (she likes to discuss diagnoses with assistants or other doctors behind closed doors so the patient has no idea what's going on!).She seems to care more about the money(eg. recommending completely unnecessary eye tests or purchasing eye glasses from their place only)than about the patient and their eye health. Very coercive in attitude and unpleasant to deal with. Some of her staff is very impolite and quite intrusive.

i've been with dr nolan since i moved to brantford 10 years ago. she has been so helpful, she dealt with my lazy eye, and has kept my perscription up to date and accurate. i would recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Nolan for many years now and have been completely satisfied with the service provided. Her and her staff have helped me purchase glasses, contacts and laser eye surgery with much satisfaction. My 3 children also see her and love going for checkups. I think she and her staff (especially Ann in Paris) are great!

I would probably not use her again for my eyes, her office seems more about the money, the after sales, where i recieved very poor service selecting and for final fitting of glasses. No call was recieved if i was satisfied with my glasses and no problems, to me was a waste of time and money. Very poor office staff, need to be replaced or better trained. Glyndis is terrible
