After many years of searching finally found a dermatologist that actually listened, cared and addressed my issue. I did not feel rushed out and was given the opportunity to ask all my questions. Dr. Christine Webster is a wonderful dermatologist. Highly recommend!

Dr. Christine Webster is an angel. After many months of struggle, my father was referred to her. Her staff was extremely helpful and polite. Dr. Webster was very thorough and treated us with compassion. My 80 year old father has always taken care of himself and his health started to decline approximately 6 months ago. Dr. Webster made my father feel worthy and took his concerns very seriously. Thank you so much!

Dr. Christine Webster is a friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable health care professional. Her receptionist was very friendly and efficient too. They both put me at ease during my visit at the clinic and took care of my issue. The health care system will lose a very valuable member with Dr. Webster’s imminent retirement and the closing of her clinic. Thank you Doctor, to you and your staff and all the best in the next chapter.

Horrible. Just horrible.

She put me into topical steroid withdrawal. She ruined my health. I am now recovering from the drugs she gave me and I will be filing a formal complaint to the medical board. Don’t go to her - she will just give you drugs that she gets lots of money to prescribe. She DOES NOT care about you or your health. Boycott.

Having a non-diagnosed skin problem for more than 10 years, I went to ER in May/2021, where I got a topical cream to try and a referral to follow up with Dr. Webster. Following week I saw Dr Webster. I got some cortisone , ”I think I solved your problem” (a guess?); was told to continue using the ER cream, and “I will see you in 3 months”. By the following 4-6 weeks my skin problem became worst than before ER visit. By third month, I saw Dr. Webster again. This time I was given: “a stronger cream. And If in two months you still have the problem call”. Should I book an appointment ? “No, just call”. Applying that cream has helped, and I felt about 60% better. But the problem is still there and I am running out of cream. I then called her clinic several times with no success. Only an answer machine message that makes me feel calling a robot. I last called and left a voice message following Dr Webster’s advise. No reply at all since. I feel I now have to go back to ER as my only option.

'we don't answer the phone, or return calls or tell you what our business hours are..."
Negligence, pure negligence.

First off, you must park in hospital parking, and there are never any spots available. Secondly, she take lots of patients directly from the hospital so she is super busy. Thirdly, she failed to help me with my skin condition. Fourth, she told me to try some over the counter cream but she failed to tell me this $25 cream is basically petroleum jelly, and the cream does not soak into my skin like regular hand lotion. And the shoppers drug mart does not accept returns on open hand creams. I am not impressed.
