An arrogant witch doctor experimented with very high price medications. His staff is pleasant and seems well trained. He only sees patients once a year... leaves regular appointments to his staff. He has poor interpersonal skills and shows no interest in his patients.

Do not use him. My uncle was diagnosed with major depression 3 years ago and has been on Celexa. After spending 5 minutes with him and not knowing past medical history or reason he waa originally put on it. He removed him from it...straight out cold turkey. Also even though my Uncle has cognitive issues (it is noted on his papers at rehab facility) and the facility was told to contact me for any changes, he told my Uncle what he was doing. Seriously considering speaking to a k lawyer.

The worst experience. The worker compensation company hired him for my evaluation and he has brazenly lied in the report to damage my workers' compensation case.

We became a patient of Dr. Mazzorna in July 2020, six months later we have still not met him. He is represented by Nurse Practitioner Woods should pursue a career in another area of healthcare. She does not possess the skills or the compassion to be a NP in mental health. I am a career healthcare professional. I advocate for patients every single day. I am stunned, absolutely stunned by her lack of compassion and vindictive demeanor as my son's provider.

totally understood my ADHD struggles and took necessary steps to see that I continued to get my Adderal meds, which help immensely.

The staff was great. Got my family member in quickly. The mandatory intake appointment seems like a waste of time and just an excuse to make money and bill. Dr. Mazzorana was 30 minutes late for the first appointment. Had no idea what was said from the first intake appointment. Doesn't greet you. Doesn't make eye contact. His office is palatial with numerous degrees on the wall. Not warm at all. He was more concerned that his computer keyboard wasn't working and told us he couldn't proceed until it did. Then he finally figured out he needed new batteries. He seemed disconnected. Was borderline rude. Stopped one medication cold. And increased another. Wanted a return in a month. Thank heavens I asked for a week. Because the situation was dire and we needed help. His recommendations have caused havoc. Family member is worse than when they entered. He doesn't seem to care in person or about the data or history at all. I'm looking for someone new.

I was his patient for several years only because I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching and going through my history again. The last time I saw him he asked me if I thought I was someone important when I told him I was thinking about writing a book about my BPD.

Dr Mazzorana is fabulous. My husband and I both have a challenge with depression. Dr M has been able to ask all the right questions for an accurate diagnosis of our exact symptoms and has been able to prescribe the perfect medicine for each of us. We have been going to Dr Mazzorana for about five years, and even though we have had to drive 40 miles each way, every visit has been worthwhile..he listens! Absolutely the best.

Doesn't return phone calls -- ever! It's all about the money with him. In and out, turn them out. Won't refill a prescription unless he can charge you for an appointment. I saw a bus come in with patients from an institution. Dr. Mazz ran them through his office spending no more than 5 minutes with any one patient. I'm disgusted.
