Dr. Eten is quite knowledgeable, and professional, but his bedside manner is rough and gruff. He actually comes across as condescending and a bit insensitive, but that may just be his style, not his real intentions. The worst part about the practice is the front office staff, because if you ever need to speak to the doctor they won't let you. You can't ask a basic question over the phone or make a simple request -- they'll often tell you that you have to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. They take their job as gatekeepers very seriously, but this results in several unnecessary appointments that could have easily been handled in a 2 minute phone call.

Dr. Eten has provided myself and my family with the most comprehensive and outstanding care for many years. He has often gone above and beyond when we needed him. When I was sick and out of the state he oversaw my care throughout the entire treatment via lab results and phone conversations. Outstanding doctor.

Neither he nor his staff asked where I got hurt (knee) I tried to give receptiones workmans comp case # and she said "you have blue cross we don't need that" After many rude conversations with "SARAH" myself and my WC rep finally resolved issue with Sible who was ok. Sarh still refused to fax doctors notes to WC case manager, finally we got another staff member to do it. Sarah should be fired as she was rude to myself, my wife and Workmans Comp people. Very unprofessional. Alo i did ask doctor Eten for a note for work, he said to ask for a copy of the reciept at desk.
