I have been seeing Dr. Sharon for about 12 years now (on and off) and have NEVER received a preprinted prescription. He listens and tries to alleviate my pain. the wait may be 45 minutes, however, I am never rushed out of his office and he gives me his full attention. I can email him if I have a question and he will always respond. I attribute my success in life and my career to the care I received from Dr.Sharon at a very vulnerable and painful time in my life, the lowest I ever experienced. He prescribed medications that helped me cope with the impossible challenges I was facing and lifted me out of the pits of severe depression and anxiety. Today, I am a successful professional enjoying life. Thanks to the compassion of Dr.Sharon.

Excellent doctor!! He took care of my problem with the nerve pain which i had for a long time he dianosed me promptly and it was like a miracle my pain and numbness gone

I've been treated terribly by Dr Sharon's staff. The wait time was the longest I have ever experienced. After 3 visits I looked for a different Neurologist.
Terrible experience, avoid this office.

Dr Sharon is oustanding. As a physician myself, I was delighted to be treated by a fellow doctor who was specialized dually in both Neurology and Psychiatry. I know other physicians who have sought his expertise. He is human, brilliant, and effective. I recommend him to anyone who has the good fortune of securing an appointment. The wait can be long, though worth it!

This Dr. is cutting edge. He truly is one of the best psychiatrists in New York City. He cares about his patients, wants to see them do well, and is patient with the medication. Doesn't like to rush to put you on medications that you do not need - AND is available by email 24 hrs a day and answers them. Plus, if you need to contact the office by phone, one of his friendly and helpful staff members talk to him and get back to you right away. BEST OF THE BEST.

Horrible experience - will not answer questions or spend any time - cannot reach on the phone AT ALL, even a nurse or assistant. Gives you prescriptions that are pre-printed by the drug companies, I guess whichever drug rep visits him determines what drug you get.

He is the best of the best! Does not take many insurances, wait might get long, but he is so worth it! Very helpful, returns calls and e-mails and REALLY knows his stuff. Best Psychiatrist in NYC!
