I have always been greeted with smiles and cordial hellos by staff at each visit. Phone calls are handled promptly and professionally or returned by end of day. If I arrive early I am often seen right away.Dr. Sarah is very professional explains thing in great detail and makes every effort to be sure everything is understood. Presurgical instructions are given verbally and I also was handed a written set of instruction. Post care was a painless as possible and very thourough. I am very thankful to Dr. Sarah for restoring my breathing and releiving my many symptoms which I had been suffering due to past surgerical complications from previous doctors.

Staff is incompetent. They do not seem to know what they are doing and give out incorrect information. They told me twice that they would call me back (concerning an emergency). Both times I waited over an hour and then I called them back. They lost my chart and told me "I know nothing about that" when I told them they had done so. I am sure a group of high school freshman could run this office better than the adults this office currently employs. A pity since Dr. Sarah is very knowledgable and helpful.

This was the shortest time I have spent waiting to see a doctor. I arrived seven minutes before my ten am appointment, I saw Dr. Vakkalanka two minutes before ten. The doctor was very professional and welcoming. The doctor explained my options clearly on a level appropriate for my understanding.

Office staff took two days to find a treatment code for my son, causing the initial surgery to be postponed to a school day. No follow up call after surgery nor did she return my calls. Now I find out she doesn't see return patients after 2:00 P.M. causing my son to miss more school. Notified the front desk there is an issue with my son's incision at 9:30 A.M. no call returned! Took my son in for follow up, the doctor noted the incision is open but chose to do nothing with it. Very unhappy. I wish I'd read this site before I trusted my son to this doctor.

Dr Vakkalanka not only mis-diagnosed me but she also failed to fill out paperwork for my disability claims for CAL-Pers. Her office staff is incompetant. I would never recommended her to anyone with ENT problems

I am EXTREMELY pleased with my visit with Dr. Sarah. I walked into a an office with smiling faces. The front desk girl (caucasian) was very plesant. I was seen for a Bronchitis, and was given a sample of Avelox, (because I dont have insurance that was VERY helpful). I am feeling so much better now and thank them for being so nice when I didnt feel good. My visit over all was great and well worth the cash price. I would recommend this office and Dr. Sarah to everybody.

This lady treated me very poorly. She uses hand held plastic tools (instead of professional stainless steel). She also prescribed an antibiotic (free sample) that almost killed me. I ended up in ICU after being piosened by AVELOX a very strong antibiotic which has numeruos side effects, diarrea, vommiting, shortness of breath, headache, completley disabeling abdominal pains, and I was so weak that I collapsed at the ER window. She wanted to do surgery that day. I seems she has a problem if you question ANYTHING she says. She's very insecure. She wouldn't listen at all to the patient. I'm just thankful that I am feeling better now. Oh, I still have my ear infection and I can't hear out of my left ear but she put me through so much pain in that chair and poisened me afterwards (which made the chair pain seem like nothing)I was in the hospital for two days. I guess I got my $120 worth.......uurrhhh
