Fantastic! Really makes an effort to teach me why and how to make progress in heart health. Warning me about side effects and cooperatively help to develop a treatment plan.

Shao Ti is very thorough, knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly. She really seems to listen and ask questions well, and then she gets right to the point, which I like. Also, she impressed me with her knowledge of not only Western methods but others to consider as well.

On my first physical she ran tests for the "normal" stuff (cholesterol, blood sugar) but also for Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, thyroid function, and so forth. Turns out the persistent fatigue that other doctors had dismissed with "Well, maybe you should try losing weight" was a Vitamin B12 absorption problem (pernicious anemia) that can cause confusion, memory loss, and dementia. Now I take B12 supplements and feel 100\% better! The office has also helped me wrangle with the insurance company over asthma prescriptions.

She was horrible! I had 3 warts on my leg and she decided to apply some type of serum to it. I ended up getting 1st degree burns on my leg with huge blisters 3 times the size of the warts. She had no idea what happened and was no help in fixing my leg. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life and her only suggestion was to refer me to a plastic surgeon to possibly fix the burns that were left on my leg. That was her first mess up. A year or so later I missed a day of work to come in for an annual physical. I had a urine analysis and was scheduled for a blood test. When I arrived and paid for the $15.00 co-pay she told me to pee in the cup which I did and then she told me she wouldn't do the blood test until I called my insurance and made sure they would cover it. THAT IS THE DOCTORS OFFICE'S JOB! So I walked out with half a physical and she told me to come back later, take off another day of work, pay another $15 and then take the test! She later LOST my urine! Horrible!
