This is not a Dr's rating, I never got a chance to see the dr. This rating is on behalf of the staff and wait time.
I had an appt with Dr S Abbassi today @ 12:00pm, (new patient) I signed in and sat down waiting to be called. As I'm sitting I noticed 3 people that came in after I did, they signed in and sat down, and a few mins later they were called in. There's someone that comes out the back every so often, walks over to the clipboard to highlight names (i'm assuming those are the patients that were seen or called). It's now 1:00 and I'm still sitting patiently waiting. At 1:20 I decided to get up to look at that clipboard and I asked the woman behind the desk, "when am I going to be called, I had a 1200 appt and it's now 1:20", the woman comes out the back with a clipboard and about 10 pieces of papers ready to hand it to me to fill out... I said, " I've been sitting here since 1200 and you're just now bringing me out the paperwork to fill out, why would you give me a 1200 appt if the Dr isn't available, I'm on my lunch break and I have to go back to work". She proceeded to say "I'm sorry, when we have walk ins, or emergencies we have to see them first would you like to reschedule". I couldn't believe she said that... Needless to say I will never be going back here, and if you don't have time to waste I don't suggest you to go to this office either...

Dr. Abbassi misdiagnosed me and spoke to my employer openly about his careless diagnosis without my consent. I lost my job later.

Dr Abbassi has been my physician for over 20 years. He is an excellent diagnostician and skilled practitioner.
