I hate when he is the only available urologist, he’s awful. I’ve had several unfortunate dealings with him. At UA he did an ultrasound and said he saw nothing, despite me being in excruciating pain. I passed a stone 2 days later after nearly ripping my hair out. He’s very booming and loud and talks over you, and it’s his way or the highway. You don’t even get time for a second opinion. He’s brash, doesn’t listen; and honestly I’m not sure how he still is employed when everyone I know who’s seen him wishes they hadn’t.

Dr. Fagerli's arrogance is off the charts! When I gave him my list of drug allergies, he said, "I find it hard to believe you are allergic to that many drugs." I said the ER doctor who treated me after an allergic reaction to the antibiotic Augmentin had a very different attitude. Then when I tried to show him some important lab results that affected my treatment, he cut me off in mid-sentence. If I had not insisted he listen, he would have recommended the wrong treatment. I will never go back to him.

He was rude and did not listen to my concerns. I can't wait until the current health issue is resolved and I can switch to a doctor that at least makes an attempt at good bedside manners! I honestly left feeling intimidated. A medical provider at another facility told me that I'm far from being alone in feeling this way.

Dr. Fagerli was kind smart and knew in our first visit to send our daughter to another specialty that would ultimately be the answer to our problem. He is a very smart and wonderful doctor.

Did not make significant effort to find out what the problem was. He did order an ultrasound, but of the wrong part of the body.
