If I could give this doctor is zero, I would. I’ve never met a router, more condescending Doctor.

Dr Cohen made me feel like I was wasting her time from the very beginning. She was condescending, didn’t want to listen to my questions and missed diagnosing a cancerous tumor. Thankfully I found another ENT who listened to me and trusted my gut that something was wrong!

I saw Dr Cohen for multinodular thyroid. She did a complete exam and did my thyroid surgery. She was professional and her surgical skills were phenomenal. Fast recovery. Scar is in a skin fold so not even visible. The best there is. No need to look further

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. She did not listen to my issues or concerns and her demeanor was dismissive and condescending - at best. I agree with the other reviewer that "she made me feel like I was wasting her time." Her staff seemed friendly but her waiting room was empty during my visit and after meeting with her I see why. As a result of my visit I have no confidence in her diagnosis or treatment and will not be back.

I don't understand the negative reviews of Dr. Cohen on this site. My experience with her is quite the contrary. I've gone to her several times in the past few years and found her to be very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She always takes time to listen and has NEVER been condescending!

This is the RUDEST doctor I have EVER met! Condescending, rude, and wrong in her diagnosis. Passive aggressive. HORRIBLE bed side manner.

All the comments made are very true!!! She may be a good doctor but lacking respect for her patients!!!! If you want respect you have to show respect. Will definitely never ever go back!!

Very condescending. Was literally attacking me with insults and ugly faces. It was my first time coming in for palate pain and I left shocked at how a doctor could treat a patient like she did with me. I ran for my life and wrote her a report with Condell Hospital. Do not see her.

Saw the Dr for a thyroid problem, was referred by my primary care physician. Dr spoke down to me and dismissed the symptoms I brought up, including the pain radiating from my thyroid nodules and trouble swallowing. Stated that the pain was only because now I know that the nodule is there, ignoring that I'd known for 2 weeks before the pain started and that the pain is increasing day by day. She never even asked what I was feeling, only wanted to talk about my ultrasound from 3 weeks earlier. Did perform 1 test in the office; was helpful in explaining what was going to happen & why she was doing the test. She has a nice tone and looks at you when she talks, but regards herself as above her patients. The office staff was condescending to one another.
