First visit. After reading some of the comments, i wasn't sure what to expect being my first visit. I didn't experience anything negative during my time there. I'm assuming there are many factors that determine how a visit to any professional turns out.

I’d been a patient of Dr. Murphy’s a number of years ago so was comfortable when my 79 year old father (a cancer patient) was referred to him as the on-call Ophthalmologist.
I realize that Dr. Murphy may have had a long day and my father was his last patient. I certainly had no desire to chit chat; however, his ignorance and rude demeanor towards my father and I was totally unacceptable. Had my mother gone into the exam room instead of me Dr. Murphy would have had her in tears. His diagnosis and the medication prescribed was incorrect, and treatment by my father’s regular Opthamologist and Optometrist has improved his symptoms.
If my father is referred to the on-call Opthamologist in future, I’ll have to think twice before taking him to Dr. Murphy.

Professional - direct. Never a long wait in clinic. Efficient and offers great advice including referrals to other professionals.

I did NOT have an experience, however, my 72 year old widowed mother did with this pitiful excuse of a human being. Let's just say that if my poor father had been alive during her AWFUL experience, the doctor would have received a LOT more feedback in person rather than a review from me online.
My mother explained how she dutifully went for her appointment, and how she was treated back in the spring over the phone to me....She is visiting me now on the mainland, and yesterday she ventured to talk about her horrible experience to myself and my husband and BROKE DOWN CRYING - she was still so hurt and traumatized from the experience.
Brad Murphy, I hope and pray to God that you get what you deserve in this life or the next. You are not fit to be in such a profession. Rot in hell you ba@#$&d.

Dr. Murphy is very thorough in doing all tests required. He did laser surgery when I had an emergency and I’ve been seeing him every year since. He doesn’t small talk and that is okay. He is quite busy and I’m not there to socialize so that’s great with me. I’d recommend him any time.

They have extremely horrible office service. The only option is to call 7097264784. But no one will pick up the phone ever. In this age having just a phone number listed and no one to attend that is an extremely horrible service. Only public funded doctors and their office can behave that. The worst possible office service in the world.

Dr. Murphy is my ophthalmologist. As others have said, he is not chatty, but I found him quite friendly and I liked his efficiency and professionalism. His staff are friendly and very helpful.

What a pig! I was referred from emergency and could not believe how rude and arrogant this excuse for a man was. He is in the wrong profession but I'm honestly baffled as to which profession he belongs in. It would definitely need to be one where he has no contact with human beings. What an awful experience I had. I am pondering reporting him to the College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Brad Murphy has been my Ophthalmologist for 15 years and recently performed my cataract surgery. Dr. Murphy is an excellent doctor. Very professional and respectful. His staff are professional, courteous and friendly. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Murphy as my ophthalmologist.
