Dr Elgin saved my life on January 28, 2010 at Columbia St. Mary's after I was bleeding from the my esophagus. Dr. Elgin told another staff member during my procedure, which lasted over four hours, "I am here to save lives", and that is exactly what he did. I would put my life in his hands anytime.
