Dr. Andrews is not very interested in what you tell him. A year ago he reduced my thyroid meds from 75 mg to 50 mg. Since then my skin has been dry and hair falling out, weight gain and fatigue. Once I told him that what was happening he finally put me back on 75 mg. In his drs note he said I did not complain of any of the above. There is more to say but limited due to space. I will not see this dr. again.

Went to this doc with ear infection and severe cold. He tossed me out without a scrip telling me 'you're just trying to get out of class. here's your doctors note.' Went to a second doctor that day.Lost 50% of my hearing and he was shocked I could even stand I was so ill. He advised me not to see Dr. Andrews again. Andrews is neglegent, mean, heartless, should not be providing 'care' to others. Someone should take the time out of their lives to sue him properly.

Andrews is one of the rudest, most disinterested medical professionals I have ever encountered. I have dealt with thyroid disease for years and was referred to Andrews. Even minor variations in thyroid can throw of your life for days, weeks, even months. I was sluggish, couldn't concentrate and felt awful. Andrews barely listened to my symptoms, made an off-hand, dismissive remark about my job (I am a teacher) and did not even glance over the patient history I'd prepared for him. Then in the middle of the consulatation he answers his phone and begins talking about his weekend plans! I gave him a second chance, at which point he overprescribed a new medication which left me feeling miserable. $600 later, I did not give him a third chance. I would advise anyone with thyroid issues to steer clear of this individual.
