Wonderfull doctor ,very processional,was great pleasure to meet him

This was a few years ago. He is now retired. My experience was very good. I went to Dr. Adams for a second opinion. He took x-rays and said all look good that I did not need fillings. The other dentist said I needed 4 fillings. My husband also needed dental work and he was very happy with Dr. Adam's work and there prices were very reasonable.

Fought with me over what I needed. Tried to send me home after doing only half the job, I had to remind him to finish. Wandered around aimlessly. And to top it off they didn't accept debit!? Not a good experience.

Dr Adams is by far the best dentist I have been to in Prince Rupert; he makes me feel comfortable, I am terrified of dentists due to past experience and when I see him it's like all my fear is out the window, I don't feel any type of pain at all while he gave the needles or drilled ( like I have with other dentists in Prince Rupert, and my kids love going to see him, :D

Worst dentist visit ever, he should retire. Always walking away and staring at nothing and talking to himself and forgetting where he put his tools. And messed up my teeth. Never again am I going there.

I do believe he should retire now. He can't even do fillings properly anymore, always forgets what he's doing. Using the same gloves when he sees other people there. Before fixing a tooth he never numbed my gum, just said oh you can take the pain! Did that ever hurt! And I know others who used to see him that has bad expirerencs with him. And his staff is really crabby every time I went there! So never again will I go there

Waited a long time in the waiting room and exam room. dr repeatedly left room to do another patient at the same time. re-used the same gloves after removing them. awkward sense of humor, not very professional

great dentist answered all my questions, was able to fit us in by staying after hours, fixed 2 teeth others had tried to pull and after 3 years I still have them

Horrific experience. He was creepy and unfocused. The quality of work was terrible. They were both NOT good with kids. We had to have work redone elsewhere but the emotional damage was done. So disappointed and would never recommend this pair.
