After breaking a front tooth, I elected to have Dr Joe do a dental implant to replace my missing tooth. His work was absolutely fantastic. A perfect job. Color match, fit, feel and look of the tooth are perfect. No problems at all. So much more comfortable than a flipper.
His practice is exceptional.
A brilliant Dr that does remarkable work.

I have been with Joe for over thirty years. My four kids grew up with Joe as their dentist. Always helpful knowledgeable and approachable. Staff always has been good but excellent now especially my hygienist Stephanie . Pleasant gentle and helpful. At one time I used to need sedation for teeth cleaning now I could almost say it’s pleasant

I having been visiting Dr. Joe and Carey for all my dental care for over 20 years. I was in for my follow up appointment and was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service of the staff. Dr. Joe’s knowledge, skills and sharing of new research helped me make the best decision for maintaining my teeth. He explained the procedure as he went along and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I am very grateful for the excellent care.

Dr. Joe and his team really focus on making the patient experience as best as possible. I've been coming to see him and Carey has been cleaning my teeth for about 8 years. They really focus on education and helping to understand what you can do to improve your homecare. Carey is always telling me about the continuing education courses they attend to continue to improve the service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The entire team at Dr. Joe & Associates did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him and his team. To be honest, it was my first and only, positive experience at the dentist. Coming from outside of Canada and as an immigrant, I have experienced dentistry the way most people associate it, painful and careless. At Dr. Joe and Associates, it was painless and careful. The first thing I noticed was the music in the background and how lovely everyone greeted me and made me feel comfortable at the front desk. I had a cleaning scheduled with Carey and it was a fantastic experience. What really makes Carey a phenomenal hygienist is that she is such a good teacher. She showed me how to improve my homecare and educated me on tips and tricks to improve my oral hygiene. Using a disclosing liquid she showed me where I was missing in my brushing sequence even!

Following up, I had my appointment with Dr. Joe. I had quite a bit of dental work to be done, including a root canal. Dr. Joe was very cautious and ensured the entire time that I felt no pain and the freezing was always active. He took his time to carefully ensure the root canal was done properly and I was in the chair for several hours getting all the work done. Dr. Joe was patient and made me feel comfortable in the chair the entire time.

If there was one thing though, that really made my experience at Dr. Joe & Associates truly unique, it was their ability to inspire me. Inspire me to take action and improve my homecare immediately after leaving that office, they really are a motivational office. As the old expression goes, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure, and in the words of Carey, no dentistry is the best dentistry. Well, it’s been 3 weeks since my appointment, and I continue to feel motivated to brush with the Sonicare twice daily, tongue scrape twice daily, and of course, floss with the Plackers whenever I get the chance. My views on oral hygiene and oral health have been transformed. As someone who in the past has been careless with my oral hygiene, I now have turned over a new leaf and am already seeing results and feeling much better about my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe & Associates to anyone looking for a superior experience at the dentist.

Excellent experience from the first time I walked through Dr. Paolasini's office front door. Front desk staff is very friendly. I am always able to book appointments that work well for our busy family . I'm please that I can book both my kid's cleaning appointments at the same time. All hygienists are great and take their time to explain to me and my kids what we are doing well and what should be improved. My hygienist Carey was extra nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions I had regarding my gums and teeth.
I'm happy that we have such an amazing team of professionals here in Grimsby.
