He is always in rush (he spent 15 min) due to overbooking. Unable to narrow down the issue based on symptoms/explanations and major failure in communication.

Dr. Ho's office seemed very nice, organized and well-run. It was actually a very pleasant experience until I met Dr. Ho. He was very courteous, but seemed disinclined to explain anything about my condition until I asked specific questions. I believe that he was trying to help, but assumed that I didn't want to know anything about my issue except how to fix the symptoms. I think the best way to describe the situation was massive communication failure. He seemed equally as frustrated with me as I was with him. I left nearly in tears and with no better understanding of my problem. He may be knowledgeable, but I was unable to get enough information to make that evaluation.
